This command line application can format these XML files into a nice-looking form.

Sometimes we need to change the creation date of a file. There was an old utility running under DOS, which helped, but not working anymore.

So we wrote our own Touch utility, which is doing the same thing: changes the creation and modified time of the choosen file to the current date and time.

The program is command line based, with easy usage and a size of 310 KB.

The application is free to download and use for any purpose: personal and business.
